Booking Conditions
On confirmation of booking 50% of the total cost is payable. The balance is due a minimum of one month prior to the commencement of your holiday.

Credit Card payment is the most convenient.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard.

All deposits and bookings will be confirmed via email, fax or post.

Cancellation Policy
A $40 service fee will apply.The balance of the deposit is refundable, if more than 30 days notice is provided in writing. 50% of the balance of the booking fee is refundable, if less than 30 days written notice is given. No refund will be given if less than 15 days notice is provided, unless accommodation can rebooked.
Snow Guarantee
A full refund is given if fewer than 3 lifts are operating at Mt Hotham 3 days prior to the commencement of your holiday. Refer to Booking Officer.
